What is Fiber?

Dietary fiber is a part of a plant. It is generally thought of as the material that helps a plant maintain its structure. Cellulose, polysaccharides gums, mucilage's and polysaccharides are all considered fiber.

Beans
Beans are also an excellent source of fiber, especially baked beans and dried beans.
