The Magnetic Diet is considered to be a fad diet. The concept behind the Magnetic diet is that all foods have magnetism and can attract health or disease through the substances that the food comes into contact with.
The term Invigorating Magnetism is used for foods that attract healthy substances such as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. The other side of the coin is Contaminating Magnetism. This is bad or unhealthy magnetism that is found in foods such as cholesterol, refined sugar, white flower, etc. Contaminating magnetism can attract disease to one's body.
In order to benefit from the Magnetism Diet, a person should choose to consume only foods that have invigorating magnetism. In addition, water should be consumed. Foods that should be eaten include fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats, fish, whole grains, etc.
Recommended for those on the diet is exercise and mediation to reduce stress. For most dieters, it is suggested that an individual eat three meals a day with two snacks. Another important component of the Magnetic Diet is that a dieter should reduce caloric consumption by 500 calories. This can be done by eating less, exercise or a mixture of both.
